I've only recently started counting my carbs, and I find it easy for me to maintain the 100-150 range, close to 100 works fine for me. Though lately I'm trying to go lower than that.

I eat 4 to 5 slices when I have time just to spite Dr. Oz. And also because it is delicious and fat is good.

Not sure, but it is my understanding that the carbs pretty much all wind up being sugar or glucose as well.

Coffee, lots of it. My metabolism eats caffeine for breakfast. Red bulls and monster's don't do anything for me. Right now, I think coffee is keeping this corpse alive during full time work and finals. I look for heavy cream to add too.
