I am fairly active. I nanny, so i do have a lot of up and down during the day... however I also have a two hour nap time which I usually spend relaxing on the couch. I would be careful with 1200 calories. It is hard to do. I am at around 188 right now, and my goal weight is 150. I am shooting for around 1850 calories. I found with 1200 i was hungry and exhausted ALL THE TIME. I also used a different calculator than the MFP one... Good Luck!!

My NSV for the day is that when I went to the zoo and craved their cheesy waffle fries i didnt get them.. even though I was starving because i forgot to eat breakfast!!! I went home and made a salad and had some cottage cheese!

I am having such a hard time with NOT being a slave to the scale....Tomorrow is Level 2 Day 10 of the 30 day shred, and I did pics but no measurements. Scale has not moved, and I even feel like the pictures are not showing a huge difference. I am ready for the scale to drop!

I would say around 145. I am 5'8 and I used to weigh 135-140 and everyone told me I was too thin.
