I love camping! We usually go backpacking and try to hike in at least 5 miles. My favorite place so far is Red River Gorge in Kentucky. Anything that says Tandoori is cooked in a way that involves less fat than the other things on the menu. It also doesn't have the rich creamy sauce.

I always keep a ziplock bag of baby carrots in the fridge. Raw veggies don't fill you up but at least they give you something to munch on between meals.

I do not! I know from experience I'm 5-7 pounds heavier, so instead of upsetting myself I just wait a few days.

I can't remember being 160 either! My current goal is my Driver's License weight, which is 170.

I'm with you on the shopping! Right now I'm a size 16 and its really hard for me to find jeans that look good. I cannot wait to walk into a regular store and buy a pair of jeans, maybe even skinny jeans!

I have the same problem some days. I know I shouldn't be eating less than 1200 calories, so if I think I'm going to fall short I usually have a protein shake or fruit smoothie. There is a smoothie cafe by my house where they will add protein and vitamins to delicious smoothies. They're about 300 calories AND healthy!

Diet pills only work for a short amount of time. I learned that from experience. Unless you want to constantly take expensive over the counter drugs that will give you a heart attack 5 years from now, I suggest the lifestyle change! I want to lose 40 pounds by working hard and eating right.
