It took me about a week before the headaches, cravings & irritaibility subsided. It'll be overt before you know it. I've even had a horrible week of nothing but carbs and then went back to watching my carbs & didn't suffer that hellish first week.

At the risk of sounding dumb... I read through the pages & couldn't figure out the answer... but how do you figure out WHAT your macros should be? Is it what MFP originally gives you? Does it change as your body fat % does?

Good mornings & squats were the only things on my list so this list helps! Even when I was 118lbs I still had a curvy butt, I don't know why it's deciding to disappear as I lose weight cuz it sure didn't grow when I gained!!

I never have because my parents did this when I was little. We had free reign on all the quick, frozen foods, diary, bread & things like that but the veggies, "weight wathcher approved foods" and any candy my dad bought was off limits. WHYYY??? I'm 5'4 & started at 163lbs and have a goal of 118lbs but I feel like all my weight is coming off my butt too I've already lost two inches from there. I want to lose weight but not from there!! Now I'm sad. :(

^I agree with this & not having it in the house. I get like this but with carbs. Thanks guys, yeah I've always been this way. I FEEL completely pregnant the week before & everything makes my stomach turn. I mix olive/cocnut oil, white & brown sugar & some lemon juice give all the parts I'm about to shave a good scrub. Then I shave with some random razor with 3 blades, rinse, scrub again then shave again. It's made my hair grow back finer & thinner & you can't see the roots anymore like you could before.

On days that I find myself having immense cravings for something sweet/salty or I know my family is going to order out but I don't want to eat that, then I plan my entire day. It helps me to plan ahead & knowing my calories for the day then I can allot for a small treat, or taste of something. Works for me!
