I completed Week 5 Day 3 last night and ran 20 minutes straight without walking!!!! I was nervous about that day, but I surprised myself and made it through! I love Couch to 5K!!!

we did not rent a car, but will have our almost 3 year old with us for 1/2 the trip, along with my parents. I drink Skim Plus, which sounds very similar to Super Skim Milk. I love it, it's sooooo much better than regular "blue" skim milk.

Let me just say that I am normally NOT a yogurt fan...but I LOVE Greek yogurt!!! I particularly like the Chobani fruit on the bottom yogurts, yuuummmmmmmmmm. Greek yogurt is strained, so it is much thicker than regular yogurt (think spoon stands up in the cup thick). It has twice the protien of regular yogurts. Greek…
