I have this exact same problem every time I go out clubbing. After a few drinks I become the best dancer there. YMMV

You can increase it 100cal a day or just increase it to the 1683. Your body's metabolism is pretty good at adapting to different calorie intakes. If you up it to the 1683 you'll probably find you have more energy. Yeah you pretty much eat at that amount for a few weeks and see how your weight is doing. You are not going to…

I'd start mixin whey powder into those cupcakes and sell em to bodybuilders...jk I'd eat em all.
-
I eat food and shoot for accuracy between 1 - 2 %. Ain't nobody got time for min maxin their percentages. If I was really desperate I'd eat something like this Carbs: Rice or bread or something Protein: Cottage cheese Fats: Olive oil

Is it a secret?
-
I just tell people its due to all the supplements I take.

I'm no expert but when I'm feeling light headed and dizzy its usually because I didn't eat enough and that's just my body's way of telling me "yo homie you need to eat something. our blood sugar levels are too low and we about to pass out to protect yoself from over exerting yourself." As for feeling guilty about eating…

What's wrong with big sexy arms?

Personally I think its too much but if you know you need to do that much because that is what your body responds well to then by all means go ahead. Just working the squat and deadlift on back to back days twice a week your lower back is going to feel it unless you're going heavy one day and light the other. I feel like…

Squats Leg press Leg extension Romanian deadlifts or stiff legged deadlifts or straight legged deadlifts (Depends how saucy I'm feeling) Hamstring curls Calf work Go home and make love to a foam roller so you can wobble around the next day.

It's not hard to learn. You basically hit a ball and it has to hit the back wall. You're opponent then gets one bounce to return it. Then it's you return it. you keep volleying until one of you misses. Do wear eye protection though. Yes its a damn good workout lots of starting and stopping.

But....but....I'm Bulking!

Concerning a coach. I see your point but would you need a coach your entire lifting career? It seems to me like I would only really want a coach when I was a. Starting out to correct my form b. If I was stuck on a lift or c. I was going to be lifting professionally. Once you get the form of the lift down, don't you know if…

Why?
-
I think what you're looking for is some beta-alanine. Start low 2g and build to whatever. When I'm on it I take about 6g.
-
Why do you need a coach? And you were doing Oly lifts at your old gym without bumpers or a platform? You're lifting that much weight that you need bumpers and a platform? You can always just go to the crossfit gym and do Oly lifts. It's not like you can ONLY do extreme high intensity crossfit workouts there.

I'm no expert but being "knackered" is usually your body's way of telling you to chill out and take a rest day since it needs to recover.
-
No I don't fret about this stuff since My TDEE is 2400 or something so in order to gain a pound overnight I would have to eat about 5900 calories and that's assuming I was sedentary the entire day. So I mean big deal if I eat 2600 or 3000 calories its going to be okay. I will just get back on track tomorrow and do better.

I'm kinda digging the Stronglifts 5x5. Since its super short and super easy.
-
Mine is an excellent coat rack.

Good question. When you're just starting out go for a PR every time I lift as long as you're safe about it and use some spotters with good form. For those intermediate and advanced lifters usually go for at the end of a cycle which can last anywhere from 6 - 18 weeks which usually coincide with a competition. I shoot for a…

when you dont look like a chipmunk anymore. just go for a walk.
-
So what are your "trouble areas?"
-
It's ok.
-
Vegetables.
-
This just doesn't make sense. Half a mile. 900 calories burned. If this were the case people who walk lets say 2 miles during their jobs would have a TDEE of 5000 calories.
-
Lets just say its 91.1 calories.
