I usually do my squats and lunges with 30lb dumbells. I am doing these without weights. All I have to say.... Whoooo, my goodness! High reps low/no weights do burn!

OMG, I was debating whether certain songs were techno or dubstep with my nephew. But I don't really know the difference. I almost brought up house music, but left it alone. yikes

Can't stand peanut butter. Not even peanut butter cups. Do like salted peanuts roasted in the shell (don't taste the salt as strong unless you chew the shell)... Just hought I would throw in a contrary voice, though I realy do hate peanut butter of any sort.

I belong to a fraterny and we (females) are called brothers. It is Alpha Kappa Psi; it's a PROFESSIONAL business fraterny. Originally membership was restricted to White Christian males. The civil rights Act of 1972 made it so professional organizations had to include women, but SOCIAL fraternities don't have to. The civil…

 I did this at a new years party. it was one price for singles and another for couples. They didn't specify a couple of what, so we said we wanted the couple price. they gave it no question asked, a wry knowing smile, but no question... then again it was in Atlanta.

No need for tizzy. Seems like semantics. tomato, tomatoe, potatoe, potato approve vs inform get APPROVAL/license then get married vs get married/joined by contract, then INFORM that you are. either way just a debate. seems as if you both agree that the church/religion is not required and that the government can be only…

So are you saying any consenting adult could enter into the contract even if they are not in a romantic relationship? Cause i am ok with that!

 true, a little unfair. and true no worse, IMO anyway Lemme hear one...

Treatment isn't always medication, sometimes it is behavior modification, sometimes it is both, doesn't mean there isn't a diagnosable problem. Doesn't mean that there is. We must be careful in using personal experiences and unvalidated "insight" to generalize others experience.

Agreeed, accountability!

Got it! Plus bumping to make sure others see. :-)

Here is a rebuttal I like to that ridiculous blog. http://www.ebony.com/news-views/your-blackness-aint-like-mine Anyway, I don't get this from anyone. No one in my world is saying that to me, but maybe it's because I already don't have a "black" (roll eyes) booty. But yeah, You can be curvy and not fat at the same time.…

I agree with an earlier poster about doing away with marriage. I think marriage should be relegated to a religious ceremony which carries no legal rights. Everyone can have a committment ceremony to legally bind themselves to whomever they like. Heck, there doesn't even have to be a ceremony. I think two consenting adults…

Awesome Awesome answers, such patience, and not a *kitten*. Definately would hire you if it was feasible. :-) Last question for me, I think. Where are you from? What's with the "yeh" at the end of your sentences. Like it, Just curious, yeh.

100% agree here.

18 plus years then started eating seafood again. I think it's possible to get a lot of protein as a vegetarian, but will take planning and work to get high numbers consistently. I hd to accept my lazy nature when t ame to old prep. My earth was suffering, again not because I was a vegetarian, but because I was a bad one.…

Another question, if it is just calories in vs. calories out, how come some people seem to lose faster on certain diets (I.e. Atkins)? I agree that if you follow any program as intended it will work and you should find one that works for you that you can stick with, but just curious.

When cutting, is it best to do cardio, weights or both?

Wealth of info. Bumping to shares and to see all of the other answers that will be coming. I am currently experimenting to see what works for my body. My ultimate goal is to see six pack abs. Would be nice to enter a figure competition one day, but right now, just want to see six packs.

I feel I am prolife, but I guess I am prochoice in practice. I do have issues myself with abortion in general. I really find it hard to articulate my stance though, I guess because i just don't want to debate the complexities completely with myself. i know what I think I would do. If I had an "unplannedd" pregnancy I would…

Completely agree! People seem a lot more brave behind a computer screen. But then again, maybe it shows us their real heart. Scary and sad.

A thorough and well articulated point of view Brett. Mine is not so thought out. There is something about Ron Paul I like, but not enough to vote for him. Personality and affinity are definately not a good enough reason to vote for anyone in my opinion. Some of his ideas I like, but others...waaaayyyy out there. :-)

It was a play on the title "Doing the RIGHT thing". That's all, not that deep. Oh and I think you can be influenced to feel guilty when you are not. Think of a child who is abused, but is made to feel as if they are the one that did something wrong or if they tell they will be the reason so and so..... That is a little…

This! besides, there would be no controversy there if everyone accepted it. And furthermore there happens to be question regarding whether or not such a bill exists. Regardless, there a certainly some twisted folks in this world, all cultures, nations, races, ethnicities, religions, etc, but it is not all of any group.…

Then the ball would have to be split in half...

I don't think it is an issue of right or wrong, even if they did see him. It may have been nice, but certainly no obligation. Besides experience is subjective. Just because the kid was crying doesn't mean it meant more to him than the couple. In the end it is the couple's RIGHT and choice to decide what they do with the…
