I'm starting again too. I never reached my goal my last journey with MFP, but I lost about 40 lbs. I have gained about 20 lbs back in the last year, now my back hurts, I've been having stomach issues and I'm miserable. I just can't seem to get back on track. I'm hoping to start again and stock with it. Let's help each…

Hello, the same thing happened to me a couple months ago and I felt the same way you do. I lost my motivation too, but I think I was slowly losing it before that anyway....I'm still having trouble finding it. Hopefully I will soon :smile: Hopefully you will too...
