I agree they are so nasty! Of course I was pregnant when I tried one, and I never ate another one! It made me so sick!!!

Does anybody have any suggestions on a diet for a borderline diabetic? I just don't want to have diabetes one day!!

Since I've lost my job we have really cut back on it, but I'd have to say that we were one of "those" families. My husband manages an Olive Garden though, so he works odd/unpredictable hours.

be happy! I've only lost 8 pounds, and I have a ways to go.....but it was hard to lose those 8 pounds! I am PROUD of myself. You should be too!

I just wanted to say that if you use photobucket that the make the image code for you. All you have to do is upload your photo to their site, and under the photo it has different codes. The image code is the last code (just copy and paste it).

wow thanks for posting this! This really gives me some motivation since I have a little one as well! I don't want him to pick up bad eating habits. I also don't want to ever reward my child with "food" either. I think this leads to so many of our problems b/c we think of food as a reward. Again, good for you for teaching…

I understand! We all have our tough days. I like what the little guy says on the wii fit...."beat the fat" when you are boxing! It makes you feel like you are beating your fat up.....try to think of working out at beating up that fat b/c it makes you so mad! :laugh:

I agree with Amy as well! I do not think that it should matter when you eat because if you still have calories left and you don't eat then you could be putting your body in starvation mode!

ah man I went to the store and bought the oatmeal and forgot the bananas :sad: :laugh: I'm eating a fiber one bar now before I work out....I'm sooo hungry today and I'm over on my fat :blushing:

I am struggling to eat all of my calories. After dinner tonight I will have Calories 74 Carbs 38 Fat 2 Protein 16 I havent worked out yet, which will give me more calories!! Any suggestions for snacks?

If you like apple cider vinegar it helps with acid reflux/indegestion. Just take a tablespoon.

I had one fried egg on whole wheat, and I made homemade carrot/spinach/apple/celery juice. It was yummy! :bigsmile:

I seem to be eating too much protein. It is still showing that I'm going to lose weight. Is that bad that I'm eating too much protein?

Congrats on your baby! I am in the same boat! I've gotten HUGE b/c of my baby and eating too much while I was nursing! He is 4 months older than your baby though!

Thanks guys! I worked out tonight. I've done well today. I need to eat some more calories, so I'm eating chips and salsa to make me feel full...I made my own carrot and spinach juice yesterday, which really helped.

GET THIS WEIGHT OFF OF ME!!!! I've never really "had" to diet before, so I need all of the help I can get! I can't seem to lose this baby weight, and he is 8 months old! Even scarier, I have gained some in addition to where I was at when I was 9 months pregnant!! :noway: I've just quit nursing, and I'm always hungry!!
