  • I do "cheat snacks". I eat smaller meals so that I'm taking in food about 5 times a day. 3 smaller meals with 2 snacks in-between. Usually the snacks are things like raisins or banana chips or some peanuts. Occasionally I'll go for something like a mini-sized Butterfinger.
  • I think the actual time of day depends entirely on your work, exercise, and sleep schedule. If you go to bed at 11PM your schedule will not be the same as someone who goes to bed at 2AM. That being said, I give myself about 3 to 4 hours between dinner and when I go to bed.
