I find that something warm helps me feel satisfied. I drink hot tea or chicken broth if I can't control my cravings or hunger.

One thing I earned about myself is that when I eat anything with gluten in it my stomach never registers that I am full. Are you going to start a brand new 100 days? You eat low to no carbs for 2 meals and eat a regular meal once a day with all food groups. It lowers your insulin surges and helps you not be so hungry. I have found that it works for me very well.

Dill pickle juice worked in seconds for me. Great stuff. It has lots of nutrients that leach out of the cucumbers and helps the cramps go away amazingly fast.

There is a city called Mansfield in every state so I don't think you are in much danger. You should see if there is anyone at your gym who has the same interests as you and would want to buddy up for workouts. This board is world wide and hard to find someone to exercise with in person. But there are many good motivators…

I have the same problem. I am starting again and I challenge myself to be persistent and to log my food every day even if I overeat. I think the persistence will pay off. Do you have a challenge for yourself? You can add me if you would like to do it together.

I used to have that much to lose. I have finally lost 100 of it. Have 50-75 to go. It is very slow but it is staying off. The whole thing is to NEVER GIVE UP!!!!!

Hi. I am 58. I have been overweight all my life. My highest was 325. I looked into surgical weight loss with the lapband but at the time my insurance would not cover it. I eat at least 1,500. I try to stay close to that, not over too far. I find I can lose pretty well doing that.

The only way I can stop eating at night is to not have anything tempting in the house. If all you have open is green beans it is not hard to resist lol.
