Carbohydrate Lovers Diet

Is anyone else doing this diet? I like it because it is a little like Atkins but you get carbs with one meal a day. It works good for insulin resistance.

    I eat carbs at every meal so it wouldn't work for me.

    I like carbs though, they fuel my workouts. I have tried lower carbs but it was not for me.

    I haven't heard of it so I'll have to google, but I average 200g-300g carbs a day and I have a current bmi of 20.3. Love carbs :)

    You eat low to no carbs for 2 meals and eat a regular meal once a day with all food groups. It lowers your insulin surges and helps you not be so hungry. I have found that it works for me very well.
