Tried intermittent fasting?
From what I know about it you eat your meals in an 8-hour segment and then fast for 16 hours. It is supposed to burn the glycogen out of your muscles and start burning fat after that. Does anyone use Biotin to help you lose weight?
I just started to use it and I think it is helping. I seem to have more energy and my blood sugar is more even than it had been. From what I have read there are no toxic sde effects even at high doses and it helps you lose weight and good for diabetics.

What is a normal TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone)?
I had my TSH tested. If this is high then you do not have enough T3 and T4. The normal is 0.49-4.67. I read on the net that if your level is 2 you are subclinical but anything over that is high.
