It is my nemesis. It bothers me the most of all parts. Usually men have this belly but I also have it. Would like to at least get it to match the rest of me..

The first thing is to enter your information into MFP, select sedentary as your activity level, and select to lose 1 lb per week. MFP will give you a number of calories to consume. Eat that amount of calories. Be sure to weigh your food to log accurately.
Exercising is good too. You can start as simple as walking or climbing stairs to build up your fitness and burn a few extra calories. This also means you can eat about half your exercise calories back. So if the number of calories MFP gives you seems really low, exercise can help increase that a bit.

I agree with Machka9. There is no "exercise" to spot reduce. We just have to watch what we eat and exercise. The fat will leave the body where it wants to./0

Eat in a deficit to lose fat.
That's pretty much all you can do. If you are not overfat, it may be your body type. Not all women have defined waists. (Raises hand)0 -
Same here. Below and above . Anyone have a guess what my hip and waist measurements are? Never measured

^thats like the 4th time i've seen you post this with absolutely no reason to do so. If you're so interested in the waist measurements of the girl in the photo get a tape measure (or ask her)2
