I greatly apprecite your honesty! I never got the net thing down right, but now i know. Personaly I would prefer to hear what i am doing right as well as what i am doing wrong , so i can make a change and do it correctly. Thank you for your advice!

What helps me get through 45 minutes of walking on the treadmill is listening to music, watching my favorite cartoon spongebob and imagning where i want to be physically.

That is sooo funny lol! What kills me is that they say it so matter-of-factly like you didn't know that... well now you do! I just looked at him and thought well you little son of a hmmm hmmm! :laugh:

Thank you all for your advice. I have developed a healthier lifetyle while taking my diet pills. I eat way less, and exercise almost everyday! I will consider O.A. I believe that it will help. I honestly think that I can't do it on my own because of my addiction to food.

Me too! I have a few side effects, but nothing I can't handle. You have lost 49 lbs that's great!

Mine is also set to 2 lbs a week with a 1230 cal a day. I don't feel deprived because i eat alot of fruit and vegetables.

I have not tried the Atkins diet, but i'm on a low fat and low calorie diet and lost 18 lbs in a little over a month. Every once in awhile i treat myself because if I completely deprive myself I am more likely to endulge and over eat.

Well a few things happened for me to actually take losing weight seriously. I had a dream that i was crying to a freind and telling her that i hated what i looked like and i needed help. I am addicted to weighing myself everyday, so I told my partner to hide my scale and only give it to me on Friday mornings. It is better to weigh yourself as soon as you get up. That is your most accurate weight!

I am struggling with the same issue. it is definitley hard but not impossible especially if you have support.
