I was in the exact same boat, could only do crunches! I have been working out for about 3 months, and this whole time myself I could only do crunches. I am a big believer in eating before I go to holiday meals. Fill up on something that has fiber, protein, some veggies etc. That way when you get to the "deliciously bad for you stuff" you just will not want as much. Also, make something healthy to take with you to share with your loved ones, show them that healthy eating…

I would encourage you to track more categories, especially fiber and sodium. There seemed to be several things from today's food that makes me think it might be high in sodium which can increase water retention. My dietician has told me that protein and fiber are extremely important in healthy eating. Just my two cents :)

Had to go out and get pumpkin and spice cake mix, really wanted to try it after seeing all of these posts. OMG!!! It is absolutely amazing, feels like you are getting a real treat, but I know it is actually fairly good for me. My daughter and I made pumpkins cookies in the past, the cake turns out just like them....YUMMO
