That's fabulous, well done! I'm about to start the C25K. I've run a few times on the treadmill (I did 25 mins today at 5mph!) but I've also been a bit nervous about going outside. I did a run last week and found it so much harder than on the treadmill. I'm looking forward to getting better at it though. Good luck on your 5…

Thanks everyone, there have been some really useful posts here. I think I'm over-thinking things a bit too much but it's good to know that I'm pretty much doing ok. I think the lesson here is to keep exercising to keep healthy and any fat-burning is a bonus!

I'm with you, I pretty much burned the same calories and I took in last week and guess what?..... I didn't loose weight!! I'm determined that this week I'm going to burn more and eat less so that the scales will be kinder next Monday.

I usually do my own dressing - 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce, one tablespoon of Nam Pla (Thai fish sauce) and half a tablespoon of lime juice. It's quite a strong, tangy flavour so it might not be for everyone, but I love it - it works for me!! Love the sound of your salad though, I just stick with lettuce, tomatoes…

Yeah, I'm sure it's meant as a compliment but really..... skinny is what you don't want, it says scrawny and unhealthy to me. As you say, slim with a few curves is perfect!! You're doing fab though!! xx

I tend to watch both, but only the saturated fats. As a general rule, if something's got more than 3g of saturated fat per 100g, then I will generally put it back on the shelf.
