Simple advice: add a person who you interact with regularly IN PERSON to your MFP and ask him/her to monitor your progress. When you don't log in to your MFP for a couple of days, they are a present reminder so you kinda have to. online friends are AMAZING but if you don't logon to your MFP they have no power :D

LOG FIRST and then eat! it really helps with knowing what you are eating before you eat it AND the food becomes guilt free since you have accounted for it and have made a wise decision before consuming it.

Apple Cider Vinegar helps with getting rid of the excess sodium and water weight. don't overdo it though. 2 tbsp in large glass of warm water.

I did that once, it was semi-accurate at the beginning and slowly my eyes started lying to me. it is not what you eat but the volume/weight becomes inaccurate

I just read on another post that when you search for fresh fruits enter "USDA" in your search for more accurate search results.

I would suggest you to join a boot-camp. The exercises are designed to give you a metabolism boost and that might be what you are missing. They are usually offered in every gym and also in many public parks.

"Kirkland Greek Yogurt" is sour, fat free, and plain. You can then add your own additives. You can get it from Costco only.

Where is the recipe section in MFP? when I click under Food--> Recipes then it only shows my own only.

It is probably excess water. You can take 4 oz of apple cider vinegar to get rid of the excess water (still drink your normal 64 oz of daily water!). just a friendly advice: watch your BMI! you don't want to fall in the "under-weight" catagory.
