Hi . Ok so this month hasn't really been my month . Im so tired, and stressed and plus the finals I have lost track of my health eating habits . I was 100 lbs and then this week . I ate good Monday-thursday and then on Friday I ate normal but only ate 1400 calories . And then on Saturday and sunday I kinda lost track of my dieting . So I ate about 2000 calories each day . Then on Monday I had the final so I Was really stressed and I ate 2000 calories . And today i ate 1000 calories of junk food ! And mom mad homemade meal and homemade bread which I think was about 1200 so today I ate 2200 calories ! . So when I weighted my self I was 105 lbs ! Is that possible ? & I checked last week and I was 100 lbs then yesterday also I checked and I was 105 lbs ! .

Girl, ****, pray to the Lord it went straight to your bits and don't worry a single second about it.0

Probably mostly water weight from all the extra carbs0

First of all, how tall are you?
Second, if you ate junk, you probably ate a ton of sodium. Excess sodium makes you retain water. Relax, drink water, and you'll be fine.0 -
It is probably excess water. You can take 4 oz of apple cider vinegar to get rid of the excess water (still drink your normal 64 oz of daily water!). just a friendly advice: watch your BMI! you don't want to fall in the "under-weight" catagory.0

There's things in life more important than gaining 5 pounds because you ate like crap.0

I skimmed through some of your other posts. Here's the thing. 100# at 5' tall is a healthy weight. But it's at the lower end of healthy. If you need to eat as if you're dieting to maintain your weight, it's too low for you. It's better to weight a smidgen more and be able to easily maintain your weight than constantly stress and struggle to keep some idealized number.
That said... it's totally just fluctuation. Weight is never static. It changes. A lot. A few days of eating more food, especially if it was junk food and especially if you were stressed is BOUND to show up as a temporary increase on the scale. I've "gained" as much as 9# in a 24 hour period after my brother's pig roast last summer, and it didn't effect my measurements or how my clothes fit at all, and was gone within a week.0 -
