I'm 178, up a few pounds, but that's okay. I saw this happening. With all of the snow and ice here in Dallas, I didn't get to the gym and I was too lazy to workout at home. I'll be okay though. Next week, I am back on the grind!

I'm down 1 pound. Hopefully next week, I will lose more than two. I want to eat some good food though. This is tough.

I have not been exercising this week, but I still lost a pound. YAY! I also had 3 teachers tell me that I have lost weight. WOW, I did not know that six pounds could make that big of a difference. Starting tomorrow, I am going to be back on my workout routine. I started at 183, now I am 177. Go me!

I have to admit, I have not been eating right, nor exercising this week. I have been extremly horrible. Luckily, I still lost two pounds. The cold weather has been my downfall. I do have Tae Bo, Cardio Dance DVD, and a WII Fit, but I get bored with that. Starting tomorrow, I am back on. I will lose at least 3 more pounds…

Starting Weight 183. Goals for this week is to workout at least 60 minutes 5 days this week. I will either go to the gym and get on the treadmill, P90X cardio, or Wii Micheal Jackson Experience, or Just Dance. I just need to move for 60 minutes 5 days a week. Also, drink 8 glasses of water every day.

I'm glad you posted this, because I am a school teacher as well and have the same problem. I even slacked off because of it. At 4pm everyday, I will eat something unhealthy. I am a die hard fan of he Biggest Loser and I remember Jillian saying stay off of processed food. Basically, what you need to do is cook everything you eat. That's too funny, but so true. I love cheese too. I also love meat and potatoes and anything else that is bad for people to eat.:smile:
