You can try grapeseed oil. It also has a lot of Omega-3 and 6 in it!

First you should find better suited clothes. Walmarts clothes are the worse for it. Try goodwill because you WILL be loosing weight and you want to save all the money for BRAND NEW clothes once you have reached your goal. I am struggling too. I am terrible around the holiday times but just remember that you are doing it…
