Some days I just get this urge to eat all the time but my stomach is NOT growling. So I usually try not to eat until my stomach says so. I eat throughout the day. Fat in troubled areas
How do I work my inner and outer thighs and my butt? I want something effective and want to trim and tone. These are my troubled areas. What causes fat to go here? Is it carbs, sugar, sodium, etc. I want to use all methods to reduce the weight there (that's were most of it is at). I am some serious need of some help.

menstrual cycle help
During the time I am going through the menstrual cycle I deeply crave chocolate and sometimes lots of it. I try to stick to dark chocolate. What do you do to help with this? Any ideas or suggestions?
