LOVE this! Thank you for continuing to give her the thumbs up, we all need that little extra encouragement now and then! :drinker:

IN for Nantucket blend! It's my favorite as well. I also enjoy one called Fog Lifter. It's good for those really tough mornings. My husband likes the Folger's Lively Colulmbian. Otherwise we'll both do Green Mountain's Breakfast blend, but we're getting to the point like many others here where we enjoy the darker roasts...

It's a deep fried calzone. Basically a pizza folded over on itself, sealed and deep fried. I feel like I will be full for the next 3 days. It's a good thing my HRA appointment for work isn't until next week, I'm pretty sure this elevated my cholesterol...which is usually normal. BTW, your profile picture looks AMAZING,…

That sounds amazing! I feel like I will be full for no less than 3 days now....saving my lunch salad for supper now!

Change clothes and shoes for your workout if you plan on doing high intensity (My work has a…

Hi there! Feel free to add me, I'm 36, mom of 2 gals who are 5 and almost 2. We all have those ups and downs, we just have to work through them and keep going! Moderation is key in everything and trending toward less processed foods helps too. That being said, I will be the last one to give up my coffee creamer OR ice…

I started getting organized after I read 'The New Rules of Lifting for Women.' It's a great read and has a program to get you started. Check it out! :flowerforyou:

Bumping for when I'm ready for the next one. I agree with the PP that mentioned Good Reads...that's a great site. I've been reading the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon. It's far from a romance novel, but there is a love story as a main thread. I'm into book 3 and the story is still great although my pace has slowed…
