I did the last day of level 1 yesterday but I am out hurt now for 2 weeks. The doctor says it's a pulled chest muscle not a broken rib . So can I still be a cheerleader here? I can't do Jillian at this time but would love to do it again on the next one.

Rest day today: my broken toe is bad swollen after getting it in a shoe and the day was just too busy but I will be back tomorrow. Hope everyone is hanging in there.

I actually am enjoying working this daily. This is my first time to try something like this, but I like the good feeling when I am done in the morning with it. I feel quite proud of myself and it makes me want to do everything else right for the day.

Day 3 complete! I definitely do not do planks well, and I heard there's a lot more of them to come. Does it matter which day you take off for week 1?

I did day 2 this morning and it was much easier to do that intensity in the morning than it was last night.. I am liking the moves so far I sweat to death but I am enjoying it.

Awesome thanks I will do that. I just wasn't sure.

I made it through Day 1 and it was good but not horrible. My husband did it too and was dying. He doesn't usually workout at all but I gave him big thumbs up for trying this with me.

Hi Guys, Does anyone know how many calories a session of Zumba Dancing for an hour burns?

 I could use some more buddies on my list so I stay accountable. That is my biggest weakness. I had sprained my big toe last week so things are starting kinda slow. I can't put it in a shoe yet, but doing what I can.

I am really excited about starting this workout. I usually do pretty well for a couple of weeks then have habit of slacking off. I hope with all your support I can stay on track and make some major results. I am ready to improve myself and put in the work to make it happen.

I am also a newcomer my friend hooked me up to this site and I really think it's good from what I have seen so far. I have been going to the gym for over a year now and enjoy it most of the time, but I wasn't losing the weight. I think it was the food part that was holding me back from really excelling. Does anyone have…
