  • I'll prolly still keep my account active so i have my friends n account so if need b i can start right back where i left off but i know i wont b able to do this forever. I will just have to do atrial and error for like a week and see where it gets me. Who knows maybe ill lose since ill b so paranoid lol

  • I am 5'2 n started at 1200 calories as my start intake too. My starting weight was 175 n i got down to 160 n then it seemed i wasnt losing any n i got really discouraged.   • I agree with this because a few months ago i got a gym membership n thought well if i work out it all cancels out. No way. I ended up dropping the membership awhile ago. I heard MFP through a friend n ive lost 15lbs with little to no exercise besides my job n sometimes walks

  • I still eat fast food within my calorie window because there is no way u can stop cold turkey. Everyone deserves alil down time. I would suggest getting a burger without the fries and soda. Throw in a water. Ur gonna b walking around so u will burn alil bit of the calories off. Goodluck=]
  • Thanks alot everyone I appreciate it. I dont have much time for exercise but Ima try just going for walks Because going to the gym and sticking to it doesnt fit in my schedule. I just wanted to make sure I wasnt expecting to much from my body
