  • Good luck! Find what fits in your schedule for exercise and stick to it! You'll do great!
  • For mashed pototes you could use califlower that is steamed/cooked really soft and mash it like a regular cooked potatoe. Add spices as you like.
  • Don't give up! Hang in there! You are doing everything right. Who knows why it's so slow. Maybe change the type of exercise you are doing. IS your body used to the tredmill? Shake it up. If you can, exercies longer and see what that does.Don't give up!
  • I just started this also. I know you can do it. Just remember this is the basics, eat less, move more. It may sound silly but I get motivated by The Biggest Loser. If those people who are that overweight can do it so can I. I am active but need to lose 25lbs. My biggest problem is watching my food. So far doing it this way…
