Okay, my knees are HURTING!!!! So disappointed! All the exercises were getting easier EXCEPT for the jumping jacks. So, I did days 1-3 and rested for two days (which may not be such a horrible thing, I was just really trying to push myself since it's only about a 20 minute workout). I'm hoping I'll be able to start again…

I'd love to join you but I don't have the DVD yet. I was actually about to start a thread to see how people like it and what results they've gotten. Are you still doing it? What do you think so far?

Should this be done for 30 days straight? Or do you take rest days?

For those of you who are using the DVD, how quickly are you moving up in the levels? I've used the DVD before and never got to Level 3. Are you doing 10 days at each level or are you going at your body's comfort level and ability?

The longest distance I've ever run is 3.4 miles. My normal runs are usually a mile or less. And I never push too hard for fear my head will explode (so to speak).
