Starting JM's 6 Week Six-Pack - Anyone wanna join me??

Hi guys,

I'm trying to mix things up a bit and would like a stronger core. I'm going to start Jillian Michaels' 6 Week Six-Pack this Saturday and wondered if anyone fancies joining me? I'm aiming for 3 days a week and possibly increase to 4 if I can. I already do classes at the gym 1-2 times a week and go running 3 days a week so I'm going to add this in to shock my body a little. Trying to mix things up a bit and this looks like it'll be a challenge.

Please add me if you are just starting this too :)

    I've just started Ripped in 30, but my stomach is my worst area, so I'd be really keen to hear your opinion/results! I'll check it out and if it's still a full body workout will start it with you.

    I just started this today. I really enjoyed it and felt the burn. Definitely had a good workout. Any takers??
  • I'd love to join you but I don't have the DVD yet. I was actually about to start a thread to see how people like it and what results they've gotten. Are you still doing it? What do you think so far?
