cardio... plus go to walmart get a sweat band its like blue and black wear it while u work out cost like 8 bucks i swear it works others may not always makes my stomache feel flatter

yes, defintly keep it up. soreness means its working and when it stops making you sore, maintain for awhile then step it up again

always eat if your hungry and try to at least met 1200 before excrising... that kinda is my rule that way i loose weight faster and not starving

Hey! dont feel alone im a personal trainer and i've seen people go through this "HUMP" many many times. It's very hard but, my suggestion is if your only gaining muscle which is good, but not seeing weight loose results. CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO.. maybe keep at your weights at the same weight and do less reps add more cardio.…

try baby carrots and if you like ranch dip them in home made ranch dip also, your fruit there is a cream cheese dip that is soo tasty!
