BUT can you work out with sore muscles?
I started doing pilates and I'm alittle sore. I decided on 3 days a week (monday, wednesday & friday) and I'm supposed to work out in the morning, but I'm not sure if I should.
Please help and thanks!

Yes. It's better to keep working out. Absolutely.0

You sure can, and it is actually the best way to make them feel better.
Just make sure you're not overdoing it, that you're getting enough protein in your diet for muscle repair, and that you seek advice if you have anything other than muscle soreness (ie joint soreness).
Happy exercising!0 -
yes, defintly keep it up. soreness means its working and when it stops making you sore, maintain for awhile then step it up again0

as long as you are not debilitatingly sore, as in you can't move or you pulled something, then it's best to work out.0

You may feel even worse tomorrow but you should keep moving!!0

it depends on how sore you are, some soreness is good and you should just keep working out while too much soreness is not very good.
If I am way too sore I will take a break then slow it down a little (way too sore means I can barely move).
If I feel some soreness but I can definitely survive another workout then I march on.0 -
make sure you are getting enough water too. It will help0

Thank you everyone!
I'll resume my pilates in the morning0
