hey! i'm just in the city. i prefer smoothies because i'm getting the pulp as well as the juice. :) i think people here seem to think that i put sugar or cream or something in there but i didn't.

yeh i did an aqua aerobics class yesterday :) i felt amazing! walked abit too. just occured to me, i think from intuition maybe my body was greedy for the uncooked greens. i usually dont eat much raw vegies. usually i stirfry it or boil. but yeh i can get very used to eating so much vegies in a tall glass of smoothie!! ^^

i eat fish but not a huge fan of it... as far as meat is concerned i havent cut it completely out of my diet... its tasty after all... but yeh i eat tofu and seafoods n stuff :)

actually as far as meat is concerned i try not to eat it because of ethical reasons... as far as the fat is concerned, yeh i have heard somewhere that all it does is shrink or blow up but the number of fat cells dont actually reduce in numbers!

yes! its really hard for ppl to understand alot of the times... they just think i'm really lazy and greedy... thanks for that. yes its true i think i will increase my intake by a couple of hundred calories but proly no more than that! and did you find it hard to loose weight when you gained it on meds?

yeh i've heard that muscle burns way eazier than trying to burn fat... if it burns at all... so i have to eat lean foods then? what i eat as snacks isn't so much fat as it is mostly sugar... i wanna cut down on sugar (especialy bubble tea and starbux frappochinos!) and eat less meat, more vegies and grains...

yeh i read that from ur profile that's really great! i just adjusted my goal to 1 pound a week instead of 1.5... although what would happen if you get used to eating 2500 calories a day? would the body plateau and then gain weight?

oh interesting point... i think perhaps i do the same! :o... did not think of the stress related to choice of foods! this opens up a whole new topic i think... i def go for salty fatty foods if i am sad or stressed... mostly i thought was because its convenient....
