24lbs is more doable to me. Since you dont have a bunch left to lose the most you should shoot for is a pound and a half a week more doable is 16lbs but my question is isnt steady losing weight just before wedding a bad idea for the dress? Good luck in either case Kimmy

Ive found that soft stretchy clothes weigh 1.5lbs on avg and jeans plus t shirt weigh 2lbs sometimes 2 and a half. Now shoes those can weigh as much as two pounds each. I weigh in typically in clothes but clothes that I know fairly close what they weigh. I record the weight as with the clothes not subtracting or something.…

I really noticed changes in Month two nearly naked pics :) every month I see a little more. Pics are the best way to see major changes and the tape measure the best way to see minors :)

can't think of a last straw. Started out as a cleansing vegan diet and then lost 10+ pounds and that inspired me to keep losing again. Am determined to get to my goal and get in the best shape of my life(prolly already reached that goal actually) also after being single two years and not finding anything else to improve…

thanks all... Yeah Im measure as close to the same as possible and I know actual loss will back off some just hoping the appearance of weightloss will seem to be appearing more now... Lol when waist loses but not hips or bust cant try on smaller dresses lol yeah I know the weight of 50lbs I work retail and lift that much…

as many others have said eat more... Your body is saying conserve conserve and not lose lose... Eat atleast 1400 a day atleast half your exercise calories... No exceptions

Yeah set your weight loss at .5-1lb a week no more than that and eat back atleast half your exercise calories.. If you cut your calories too low you simply won't lose well.

I seriously weight myself once aweek but might step on the scale 2 or three times a week to check on my gains.
