I get married in 16 weeks... Would like to be 28 lbs lighter - is this doable? Xxx

    24lbs is more doable to me. Since you dont have a bunch left to lose the most you should shoot for is a pound and a half a week more doable is 16lbs but my question is isnt steady losing weight just before wedding a bad idea for the dress?
