Amazing, congrats!

I just finished level 1 of the 30 DS. 10 days over 2 weeks. I've started the program several times only to give up after a couple days - so this is huge for me!! :)

Kettle cooked chips, ice cream in half gallons (need the single serving ice creams if I have anything!), and nacho fixings (tortilla chips, salsa, mexican cheese, etc). Garlic bread can be dangerous, too.

Impressive!! I may need to get myself a bikini and use it for motivational progress shots - your progress is inspiring!

You look fabulous, congratulations on your success so far!!

That's great, that you were able to find something that works for you! Congrats on your success so far - I know several people who have had bariatric surgery and it's for sure not the "easy way"! Sounds like you are in a good place and that's what matters :)

You look fantastic! Congratulations!

Hi, I've been yo-yoing for years and I'd love a way to keep better accountability. I've got just about 100 to lose to hit my ultimate goal. Thanks :) CandiceJN

Hi! I've got 100 to go to hit my goal range. Feel free to add me :)

Thank you for this! I was seriously considering re-joining WW online for a change in routine after 1.5 years on MFP and not doing so well for a while now; hoping to help myself refocus. This makes that decision so much easier! I already know how the program works, now I can do it without paying $20/mo+ for their very…

Amazing results, congratulations!

Request sent! I started with 120 to lose and have lost about 30. It's taking me a long time, but I'm still here plugging along and will get there eventually :) Happy to add anyone else looking for more people with similar weight loss goals!

I started w/120 to lose, with about 90 still to go. Feel free to add me! I'm always looking for more supportive buddies :)

You look fantastic, congratulations on your awesome success!

Awesome results girl! I'm so happy for you!

In general, it's not recommended that you net less than the number MFP sets you at. So if they say you should be eating 1330 calories to lose weight, and you exercise to burn 400, they expect you to eat 1730 to keep your net near the 1330 calorie point. If you burn 1000 calories through exercise, they'd expect you to eat…

You guys look fantastic! Great story, and congrats on hitting the 10 year mark, I hit the same with my high school sweetie last year! Thanks for sharing!

Amazing results in a relatively short time. Congrats and thanks for sharing!

That's awesome! I'm trying to view things in that same light now that I've admitted my BED issues. I use a Fitbit for daily burn and while I know it's not necessarily perfectly accurate; it gives me something to go against.

Right now my biggest issue post-binge is that I don't like to log it. So I'm working on logging every bite (as much as I can since I don't measure/weight during binges). When I see it all laid out, how I ate 500 calories of nachos covered in fatty cheese PLUS a 300 calorie bowl of snack mix and a 250 calorie chocolate bar;…

I'm working on pinning down my trigger foods. So far, I've come up with: Nachos/tortilla chips ice cream (of any kind - bars, tubs, individual servings, doesn't matter I just keep eating eating eating it). chocolate mini pretzels/snack mix/any carby and crunchy snack food

I switched from Synthroid to Armour over a year ago (after about 6m on Synthroid) and it was like night and day. I never felt any different when I started Synthroid, even though my labs were saying I should feel fine. A few weeks on Armour and it was like the fog lifted and I could actually think straight. I am…
