nope no dark patches at all. though bit dark around the eyes...could just b from being tired. oops i meant my son, my baby, not hubby. will def go get it checked just gonna wait for period to end so i know its not just that. thankyou for that info its been really helpful! how are you going with it now?

to put it simply... pre prepared food is BAD.. as it is a major source of trans fatty acids and nutrients can be damaged by the preperation... and freezing. they may be not bad calorie wise but NOT healthy. there is a difference between low calorie and healthy (something a lot of people forget)

Basically any diet that tells you to not eat or largely restrict any kind of nutrient (especially MACRONUTRIENTS, which proteins and carbs are) is something you should steer clear of. You can eat what you want, but you have to get to a point where you want healthy things, plus its NEVER good to over eat so its kinda common…

well i still count calories as i think to lose weight u need to at least be conscious of this, but when you are eating whole foods its much harder to over eat as they are soo filling etc. but once you have lost the weight and are maintaining if u follow good nutrition guidlines u shouldnt need to count calories

i swim a lot, u have to in the heat hey!! I would love to be able to exercise before the sun gets up but im told if i get any less sleep im gonna have more trouble losing weight as my bub still wakes at 2am for a feed so only averaging 4-5 hrs a night as it is

not really, i tried that but with my liltte boy im usually exhausted by then and just wanting to relax with my hubby. I live in Queensland, Australia... its 8:25am and already 75% humidity and 25 C...or 77 F i think it is.

thanks for the responses :) its tricky as my husband has to GAIN weight, i have a baby who is just starting food, and then theres me trying to lose weight ha ha. but im not dieting, i am changing my lifestyle so its all together healthier for the LONG TERM. Will try filling the plate with more veggies, and buying more…

hey there!! How did everyones day go today? I did a walk with my baby boy for just over an hour, and also 18 minutes of ea sports active this morning. bout to get into some yoga before the dinner and bedtime rush starts when hubby gets home.
