posting photos??

Im trying to post my progress pics but i dont want to post them as a code or link i want them to show up like the ones i see in here?? how do i do that?

  this is right but to clarify enter it like this:
  [ img ] insertpicturelinkhere [ /img ]
  
  (and again, no spaces)
