You need to find an exercise that you like. Any exercise will do. Group classes are my goto exercise. Bootcamp, CrossFit.

I agree that consistency is the key. I set the alarms from MFP on my phone. The alarms are becoming white noise.

40/30/30 is a standard macro from most fitness trainers.

300 calories is normal. I do CrossFit 5 days a week. One CrossFit routine (warmup, strength, cardio) is around 300-400 calories. People under estimate their food calories and over estimate their physical activity.

I drink a glass of water before I eat. It help fills me up and I eat a little less. It's ok to have a treat. Just don't treat yourself to all of the treats. :laugh:
