How do you keep yourself accountable?
I track everything M-F and stay within my caloric and macro ranges. On weekends, I loose my brain, I stop tracking and eat way more than I should. I wipe out the good work I did M-F. I know what my problem is. I just can't seem to break the weekend cycle. What works for you?

What are the common things that plateau weight loss?
I lost five pounds and nothing for the last month+ I eat clean 75% of the time. 25% processed foods. I drink 40 oz of water each day. I walk 4 days a week. I stay within my caloric goal 5 days out of 7. For some reason, I don't track my calories on weekends. Can these two days blow out 5 days of eating right?

How do you stay on track?
I know my calories. I know what I am supposed to eat. I exercise 5 days a week. There are times I love tracking on MFP. Then there are times I lose my brain and I don't track. I keep losing and gaining the same 10 pounds over and over. How do you stay motivated to keep tracking on MFP?

Losing my mind and shoveling food in
Most of the time I am decent. Eat a balanced meal and log it in MyFitnessPal. From time to time I lose my mind. My brain shuts off and I eat.... adding and extra 1,000 calories for the day. I don't need the food. Not really hungry. It just tastes good and I can't stop my self. Any suggestion on how to change this habit?

I have hired fitness trainers and nutritionists. Taken classes from X, Y and Z. I have taken product from Jenny Craig, Advocare, GNC, Nutrisystem. None of these people/product has lost me a pound.
