Need more MFP buddies for motivation

I have some great MFP friends and I see their daily logging and weight loss. It’s a great motivation for me to stay on track. Please add me.

    Commitment (daily logging, regular exercise) will get you to where you want to be.....in time. Celebrate any progress made (even if it's just an internal "Yahoooo!"), try not to be impatient with results, or sweat the occasional "splurge".

    I'm not normally the encourager or cheerleader type, but with testify to the potential success of what you are attempting here.
