Completely unrelated to fitness but when people reply "K" to my texts, I want to cut them. Not literally but jeez, it makes me mad. Other than that, I have a lot of old injuries that ache sometimes during workouts, rightttttttttt at the peak of it. Annoyance #2.

I used to be part of a catering team, working for large functions like weddings and reunions. I found that I wouldn't have proper meals, I would just snack throughout the day but it all adds up at the end D: I wish I could help but I don't have any solution! I do understand what you mean though!

Joining this! Day one: 35 minutes on treadmill, 25 minutes on elliptical and 23 minutes on bike (: I just joined the gym so I had to try every piece of equipment that wasn't being used!

Moderation and planning! If you know something important is coming up, like Easter for example then take the time to plan for it. You can eat everything in moderation, one holiday isn't going to wreck your diet or make you put on a tonne of weight (:

I'm a coffee addict. I used to have at LEAST four-five cups of coffee a day but I've cut it back a lot. In the beginning I would get headaches, shakes and I would turn into a really mean cow if I didn't get my coffee fix on time. Now it's not as bad but I don't think I could ever 100% give it up. IT'S TOO GOOD. Plus, no…

Home baking >.< My flatmates just made caramel slice, afghan cookies and brownie - all foods I LOVE and crave on the daily. Great -__- Also: vege crisps, ginger kisses and russian slice. SO GOOD BUT SO BAD.

Strawberry yogurt mixed with cinnamon! Yummy! (:

I admit it, I'm slightly worried! I know my flatmates have got me eggs and my parents usually get me some too. I don't usually like chocolate but there's just SOMETHING about Easter that makes me crave it. I have no self-control during that weekend -__- Maybe this year will be the year I change! You never know. Plan, plan,…

Dairy milk chocolate, ice-cream and really sugar-heavy products. I definitely do not have a sweet tooth! :) Oh and bacon. Ew. And most meats. Ew. And potatoes. Ew.

I was on the pill {Levlen ED} for ten months and it made me gain 22lb over that time but the second I went off it the weight dropped off within a month. Birth control is DEFINITELY a cause of weight gain. My friends have gone on all different kinds of birth control and all of them have complained about weight gain >.<

^ I do the same. There's usually baking, candy or soda somewhere in our house so once or twice a week I allow myself to have some and not feel 'guilty' about it. It's usually chocolate cupcakes, Coke zero or licorice allsorts :] I actually just found a recipe for a licorice allsort slice and I'm definitely going to make…

Looks and sounds amazing! :)

I've practically 'given it up' myself. I'm not saying I don't eat it, it's just not an every-day occurrence now. Maybe once or twice a week I'll have a toasted sandwich or something slathered on toast :) there's healthier options out there, you just have to look a little harder for them :D

100% NZ European :D

I didn't realize this was an issue in this day and age. I've dated several different races during my life; Maori, Welsh, American, Brisitsh, Asian, plain ol' NZ European and my current boyfriend is Spanish. Race shouldn't be the deciding factor on who you date, it's whether they make you happy or not. At the end of the…

Hmm, here's just a few ideas even though some of them are the same as what you've listed :D - yogurts - soups - mashed / pureed fruits - smoothies - porridges - jelly - noodles - ice-cream/ice-blocks - juices I have braces so whenever I have them tightened that's basically what I eat for four days!

I was born and raised in New Zealand but I have lived in America before. I traveled to Missouri in 2009 and I lived there with my family for a year :) I speak English but I do know a little bit of the native language which is Maori :D

I usually have a cup of coffee and since I have a blog, I sit and plan blog posts for me to write or I look up recipes or other blogs or I talk to my friends online, clean, read a good book or play video games. Anything that'll keep my brain and hands occupied until I decide to go to sleep really :D

Soft boiled eggs and soldiers, a yummy fruit smoothie or waffles :D

She had a conversation with me about it last night, she still feels like I 'don't need to' go vegetarian. I KNOW I don't need to but I want to :) I'm going to give her some time to get used to the idea though. Like a couple of months. I told her I'm going vegetarian on Boxing Day this year so hopefully she'll accept it by…

I try to have some sort of fruit for breakfast, when and if I eat it. So, assuming I have breakfast, then I usually make a smoothie or I have yogurt with a cut up piece of fruit apple/banana/orange/pear. For smoothies I have banana, dates, ice, milk, honey, vanilla essence and a dash of yogurt. Amazing combination. Or all…

Last year I lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time but people didn't really notice until I hit the 11lb mark :D It depends on how tall you are and how much you originally weighed though :D
