    I went on a two mile jog/trot. I really didnt want to run today at all, but I did!

    I did a half hour on the elliptical, and the ab and lower back machine. I'm worn out. XD

    Tonight it is C25K Week 4 - Day 3 followed by 30 minutes of a boxing workout.

    I went for a half an hour walk in the morning and also will include another 30 min of yoga in the evening...that's my treat at the end of the day :)
  • 3 mile run followed by lifting some heavy weights :smile: Feeling good considering it's now 17:41 and I've been up since 03:30!

    Today I burned 386 calories doing 50 minutes of "TurboJam Punch Kick & Jam" per HRM

    That is one of my favorites! I didn't do anything yesterday. Killer migraine started in the afternoon, and I finally got rid of it this morning. I'm not sure I'll have energy for anything tonight either, but I'm gonna try to do something. And I'm going to check out the Planet Fitness near my office after work!

    So that was Deadlifts, Bulgarian split squats, lat pull downs, reverse lunges, Cuban snatches, Swiss ball crunches, reverse crunches, lateral flexons, prone cobra and interval training.
    I am exhausted.

    Just did some cardio at the gym, walked home, realized I forgot my phone at the gym half way, and then had to walk back!

    I started the C25K program today. So about 20 minutes of that. And then I did 40 minutes on the elliptical. Walked home afterward (~ 1 mile walk).

    Yesterday I was going to do a dvd, but I really wanted to watch Supernatural because I keep missing it, so I did calisthenics for 20 minutes while I watched it. My nights have been really late anyway. This got me to bed before midnight. Tonight is NROLFW stage 5, A2.

    I did 15 mins on the elliptical at a elevation of 15, then 15 mins on the cycle. Then me and the sister did 40 minutes of rollerblading in the neighborhood

    25 minutes on cycle
    10 minute walk home

    Planning on repeating it tomorrow, adding the rowing machine and a Step Mix class as well!
