You could check out some protein shakes to make yourself that is healthier with some mint extract.

I am on Level 2, Day 2 and I have not lost any weight either. I am 5'1" and I am the same weight. I eat 1200 calories as well. :-) We are just about the same. I am thinking that if I continue with it, then I will lose inches and then eventually lbs. I feel better, and I am eating better. Everything else will come into…

I did Level 2 Day 1 last night! Whoa, I thought it was harder than Level 1 for sure, but I am excited to be able to do all the moves better. I am going to do Day 2 today!

I have braces on now (at 31) and should be getting them off in about 2 weeks! Whoo hoo! I have had them on for a year now. I have the white ceramic ones on and they do not stain, if and when you have to get the chain rubber bands on each of your teeth, the clear bands WILL stain with food, especially mustard! I learned…

I am with with all of you too. I have finally got it in my head that it is going to take more than a couple of months to get where I want to be and I am up for the challenge! I totally get the gaining of weight and not having pants fit you that did a couple weeks ago, and I do not want that, ever again!
