That's me too! I'll go about 3 weeks at the same weight and then drop 1.5-2 lbs in a week! It's so frustrating.

I'm not in your age range but I have very similar stats as you. I thought you'd like to know: I'm 28, 5'8", 155.4lbs and 29.5% body fat. I only use my scale for BF % but I think it's about right. Good for you on having much more lean mass than I do!

I had the exact same stats as you! I'm 5'8" and was plateaued at 165 for the longest time. Beginning of March, I upped my calories from 1440 to 1600 to 1700 and now I'm at 1790. I gained 2lbs in April around Easter but now I'm 158 as of my last weigh in. So, 7 lbs in 2 months! It's not quite a pound a week but it's better…

Ugghhh... Friday, March 30th: 162.8 Friday, April 6th: 163.2 (+0.4) Friday, April 13th: Friday, April 20th: Friday, April 27th: I upped my calories from 1400 to 1700 2 weeks ago. I initially lost 3lbs after upping them but now I've gained 1lb back. It's so discouraging :(

I'm 28 and 5'8, currently at 165ish. I still have a pretty big tummy and flabby arms and thighs. Maybe I have a smaller bone structure. I'm hoping that 150 lbs will be right for me.
