I cut myself down to 8grams of sugar in things that i eat or drink.. and i cut my fat intake down. I don't eat high calories foods at all. No caffine at all. no chips, candy, cakes, or any kind of junk food at all.

i like ground chicken, lamb, salmon, veal, ground turkey, turkey wings, turkey breast, tuna, can chicken.. I really like making ground chicken meatballs with red peppers and onions in it.

They now have new flavors. The new flavors are Appeltini, mojita, margarita flaovrs they are really good. You just make a picther of it.

ok i burned 1401cals today, 2hrs of swimming, 48.03 on the treadmill in a incline of 10.0-13.0, 30 mins of strength training.:tongue: So far this week i have burn a total of 7286 cals. YAY!!!!!:happy: I passed the goal. But i will keep going for the rest of the week and until i reach my goal.:happy:

Just got home from the gym and i had a great workout. 3hrs and 20mins of swimming laps, 40 mins on the treadmill in an incline and 50mins of strength training grand total of calories burned today is 3212. As you can see I really enjoy swimming :happy:

I put my strength training workout in the cardio section and i just make sure it says strength training. That way you get the calories burned from it also.

I will join you in this challange. I usually burn about 1300- 2000 a day. So does todays workout count. If so i burned 2673 calories today swimming laps and the treadmill in an incline of 12.0..Woot!!!! Woot!!!:happy:

You will start out with a warm up. there are lots of jumping jacks, you will do push ups, strength training, ab workouts... so you do 2 mins of cardio, 2 mins of strength training and 1 min of abs for 20 mins and then a 5 min cool. down... only thing you need to have is 3 or 5 lb weights. You log it in under circuit training genral for 25 mins. I hope that helps. I am on day three of my 30 day shred.. and i will do level 1 until i feel it is to easy so i am thinking about 10 days will be good enough for me. then on to the next level.

Try swimming it has less of an impact on your body and you will burn twice as many calories. I have a heart problem and i love to run but i am unable to run because of my heart so i swim laps everyday.I also take water aerobics. good luck

I'm in i just bought it today and thought i would add to the rest of my workout that i do everyday ( swimming laps for 2 hours, walking incline on treadmill for 85mins and weight training for 35mins) This can only help me not hurt me. So i am looking forward to this.:happy:

Once school starts back up I will once again start to take my lunch again. So I will take my left over dinner for lunch in small portions. Or sometimes a small can of tuna with some fruit.

I use low -fat yogurst instead of milk. I love that i can use all different kinds of flavors of low -fat yogurts.
