Operation 7000 by Sunday

Join me in burning 1000 calories per day this week (7000 calories by Sunday)! Do any type of workout that you desire but Burn! Burn! Burn! Two pounds of burned calories in a week! Tae Bo, Step Aerobics, AM Walking, Wifey Doos, and the 12 Second Sequence and Swimming is my plan on getting it done.

    I think I will have to try 500 per day for the first week...it's hard to find the time with 5 kids!

    I can't do it every night because I have 2 rest days but I will hit the 7000 calories on Sunday. Count me in.

    Count me in! I need to get my butt moving the next two days to slim as much as possible before a big camping trip!

    I will join you in this challange. I usually burn about 1300- 2000 a day. So does todays workout count. If so i burned 2673 calories today swimming laps and the treadmill in an incline of 12.0..Woot!!!! Woot!!!:happy:

    Hmmm...according to my Bodybugg, the dog walk this morning got me 450, I got 50 during my ab workout, and another 100 during my stretch this afternoon...I'm thinking 30 minutes of Turbo Fire may get me to 1000 today.

    Love this challenge! I did 1193 today.

    Took a 5 mile walk
    10mins rowing
    15mins stationary bike
    15mins Elliptical
    15 mins AMT machine
    15 mins treadmill

    Total time 2 hours 25mins

    Got my 1000 in today.

    TnTHawkins burned 1004 calories doing 88 minutes of "Treadmill: Running, Sprinting, Walking @ 3% Incline"

    1185 for me today! Tae Bo at the end of the day helped me get it done! Wow this going to be tough but fun. Love the support:laugh: !

    Just got home from the gym and i had a great workout. 3hrs and 20mins of swimming laps, 40 mins on the treadmill in an incline and 50mins of strength training grand total of calories burned today is 3212. As you can see I really enjoy swimming :happy:

    I will hit the 7000 mark by Sunday. If I can do it, you can too.

    1091 Calories today! Rehab and Cleaning. More to come tonight bc I am on a roll.

    ok i burned 1401cals today, 2hrs of swimming, 48.03 on the treadmill in a incline of 10.0-13.0, 30 mins of strength training.:tongue:

    So far this week i have burn a total of 7286 cals. YAY!!!!!:happy: I passed the goal. But i will keep going for the rest of the week and until i reach my goal.:happy:

    I got 1071 in today. Had to do sit ups and push ups to get done but did. Going to do some heart pumping tomorrow!

    Not a great pace and did a lot of walking but I burned my 1000 calories

    Did 13 miles biking Tuesday, cardio striptease, and pilates. Yesterday did 6 miles running, cardio striptease, yoga, and sit-ups, push-up, and arm work.

    So far at 3600 for the week. Only 300 so far today. Really hurting but I will at least round my week out to 4000 by the end of the day!

    1085 Today all Elliptical (8.5 miles) Ran the first 2 in 13:58. My first time breaking 14 in many years.

    So far 5069 this week! Gonna be cutting it close, BUT this is way more exercise than I have done...ever...and I have to admit I feel awesome!

    Congrats Michele! You will make it and probably be over. Weekends are great for exercise, uless you have to work!
