We are our own worst enemy. There is always something more or better. I have a picture I took before my husband and I got married. I remember looking at it thinking i was so FAT. Now I look at it and say I wish I was that size. You need to love yourself at all sizes and then love yourself enough to get healthy.

I was watching Biggest Loser the other week and they suggested a dinner. Sweet Potato, Chili made with ground turkey kidney beans. I have basically given up diet sodas. Not so much for the sweetner as for the salt. When I drink diet sodas I swell HORRIBLY. The side affect I have found is that I don't crave sweets as bad as I did. So the benefits have been two fold.

I love to have a drink now and again. The only problem I have besides the calories is it is easy to lower your resolve when it comes to overeating(and a few other BAD decisions that we won't get into here). Hi, let it become part of your daily routine. it is easier to watch your food intake if you right EVERYTHING down. Also I get a since of pride when I write down my excersize down.
