Just introducing myself - my name's Lori and I want to lose weight. I used to be on another weightloss site - but they started focusing on selling food and I sort of lost my weight loss community.

    Hi, let it become part of your daily routine. it is easier to watch your food intake if you right EVERYTHING down. Also I get a since of pride when I write down my excersize down.
