OKAY!!!!!!!!

I have been on here for three days and have'nt got through one day eating right. I do fantastic during the day,but at night is a big downfall. My husband goes to the store for me last night and brings home cinnamon rolls and bags of candy. UGH! My willpower is horrible and I need help.

    Oh honey I know i know.... I am surrounded by teenagers and young adult males in my house and they can eat anything without gaining a pound. Does your hubby know why you are trying to watch your diet. Even if he does not need to lose weight encourage him to show his affection by picking up your favorite fruit, your favorite greek yogurt, or something like that. My husband has always been lean(until lately). I got him to pick up some berries that i chop up and sprinkle with stevia and Anglefood cake. I can eat a slice of that with my berries and not feel guilty or weighed down.

    It helps a lot to don't have those foods in your house at all, so try to convince him that he doesn't buy it. And if he does: try, try, try. You may fail, but try again. And if you eat one piece, you haven't ruined everything: it's also about portion size. You can it the things he brings into the house, but try to just don't eat that much of it.
  • He keeps telling me he loves me the way I am and that makes me eat more. He knows I'm unhappy with my weight. He can eat anything and keep off the weight. Thanks so much for the input. I will keep trying! It helps so much ! Have a great day!
