Without reading hardly any of this, and not even knowing what ELSE is in this "green coffee bean extract" I just want to point out that green coffee beans are simply raw coffee beans. It's. Just. Coffee. If there is another ingredient in this extract stuff it's just the latest fad. You know the rest of the story...

Usually I do the fruity thing but my favorite is: 2 oz. kale 1 large banana 1 tbsp peanut butter 1 cup chocolate Silk Light 2 tbsp milled flax seed I like to have this on Friday mornings as a reward for getting through the week. Haha.

Thanks! I play around with the smoothies and switch up the fruit but I usually do have a banana in there for a thicker consistency. I like to add a kiwi sometimes. Sometimes I do banana, peach, and blueberries. Just whatever I have or feel like that day :-)

I'll join you :-) I need something to keep me on track. I've fallen off the wagon so many times I should probably be evaluated for concussions ;-) Would you like to share each day how you've met the challenge? I will. I have been struggling with the same thing. I bought a really good food processor and have been making a lot of stuff from scratch, including marinara sauce, salad dressing, pasta, and bread. Those are some of the biggest culprits. You would be surprised where you'll find sodium that is completely unnecessary. I personally…

I have a greeen smoothie every morning for breakfast, which always has kale and usually has a banana. It always has at least two and sometimes three kinds of fruit. I also eat carrots and potatoes in some form or fashion on several days of the week. Between these items I'm always waaay over on my potassium, and I'm not…

I've been having smoothies lately too and one in particular seems to keep me more full than any of the others I have made: -1 medium banana -1 tbsp creamy peanut butter -1 cup chocolate Silk Light -2 oz raw kale (I make green smoothies-you can't taste the kale but you get the benefit of it's vitamins. If you don't like the…

So she takes some nutrition advice from some (likely) quack and suddenly she's an expert? Ha.
