If you have a trader joes their plain greek yogurt is delish, but quite tart. I suggest a sprinkle of splenda and some chopped bananas or other fruit it's super good.

I think it's really about moderation. I know that if i want somthing i feel is "cheating" then I have to be willing to work it off later. It's a compromise i think.

The best way for me to have cut out (most - i still drink on occasions, with friends) was to just make a regular habit of it. When we sit down at a resturant, i immediately order water with lemon - that has become my habit. And it really works.

I agree with the pure protein bars. I love the chocolate deluxe (the pb/chocolate is really good too) , and it's low on sugar (although does have sugar alcohols) and totally cures my chocolate cravings. That doesn't sound funny at all. I used to love those videos. When i wouldn't go to a gym they were great to work out to. especially #2. (I'm absolutely no expert) but i think that by incorporating these other things it would move you closer to med-high impact. Good morning!

I spin 4x a week and i absolutely love it. The adrenaline rush is amazing. i can burn upwards of 750-800 cal because the instructor i spin with does a vigorous class.
